Other Lifters
The
USAPL Virginia State Powerlifting/Bench Press Competition was a huge
success. John Schifflet put on a GREAT MEET. There were over 100
competitors who competed over the weekend. Competitors ranged from 14 to
70. There were 15 women competing in the full power meet and 3 additional women
competing in the bench only competition. The crowd was large and did a
great job pumping up the lifters. Novices and seasoned lifters all put
forth their best effort which resulted in some great healthy competition
.

Kim Ryman, 105 lb div, 35-39 Age Div, Squats 220, Benches 115, Deadlifts 270, for a total of 605 lbs.
