KATHY ROBERTS in her Tennis days!
This is a picture of me during my long distance running
and tennis playing days.
Running and weight training are two completely different physical activities.
It took a lot of hard work, dedication, and discipline to succeed at both.
A change of diet and a heavier and more vigorous training routine, and cutting
back a lot on cardio respiratory endurance exercises enabled me to put
on mass throughout the years.
I am a self
taught tennis player. Through natural talent, I was able to earn the number two seed
during my 1st year of college.
My team won the college State championships that year.
During my second year, I moved into the number one seed. I played with the USTA as well.
